Over the years I have been with Dugan's Travels, I have seen it get better and better. With improvements in how to claim commissions, a dedicated website for the agents, and the ability to get assistance from both other agents and administration, I feel Dugan's has gotten better and better. The ability to get your basic training is there and the encouragement to pursue further training is constant. The management team has divided up responsibilities among themselves and that makes it much easier to know who to contact if you have a specific question. There is also much support and encouragement given to the agents with "Agent of the Month" and "Top Sellers of the Month".Does this review helpful?
