I have been with KHM for just about 4 years and I couldn't be happier with them. I was a brand new agent when I started and the amount of training they do is fantastic! They have live training sat their headquarters in Ohio as well as a lot of webinars. Plus-- tons of FAM opportunities- and a lot of those have "classroom" time as well as site inspections, time with suppliers, trade shows and networking opportunities. Not only does their home office offer a fantastic staff that I've found incredibly supportive and helpful but the other agents at KHM are the most giving group of individuals. We all talk about the "KHM Family"-- it sounds hokey but it's true. There is a lot of sharing of ideas and knowledge between the agents which just makes all of us stronger. Their commission levels are high and they pay promptly. No host agency is perfect 100$% of the time, but KHM is pretty darn great!Does this review helpful?
