Montrose Travel has been a breath of fresh air in my journey of opening a travel agency. The cost to open a home based travel business with Montrose is extremely reasonable. They don't nickel and dime their HBAs. The training is up to date, easy to access, and answers many of the questions someone new to travel would have. When I have a question, there is someone at the end of the phone line who can help. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone with my novice questions. I was completely blown away when the President sent me an email after a few weeks in business to encourage me. Also, Montrose scheduled a call with me after 90 days to find out if I needed help in any area of my business. It's the personal touch that Montrose delivers very well which was something I didn't feel with the other hosts I tried. I feel like I have friends and colleagues in the travel business.Speaking of friends, it's often a lonely experience to be in a home based business. Not so for the HBAs who choose Montrose. The Facebook group is very active. I have even reached out to others who live near me for networking opportunities.
I believe that I have found my host company for life.
