I have been working with Penney and Kevin Rudicil, owners of The Travel Planner for 13-14 yrs. She is always willing to help, gives great feedback and advice when in a tough situation w/a client and offers a solution to a problem almost every time. She and Kevin go out of their way to offer us many training opportunities including hosting training classes in their home as well as webinars. Penney has worked very hard the last several months trying to increase our commission rate w/cruise lines and tour operators.
