Travel Quest began in 1994 as a one-woman home-based travel agency. After her first host agency unexpectedly went bankrupt and her second host agency began withholding commissions, Bonnie Lee decided there must be a better way. In 1998 she created the type of host agency she always wanted – a reputable, honest, agent-centered host agency where service and her independent agent partners come first.

Since then, Travel Quest has grown into a leading national travel host, recognized for our emphasis in customer service, training and agent support. To this day, Travel Quest remains family owned and operated: Bonnie is still at the helm as CEO, her husband, Walt, is the CFO. And while they may not be blood relatives, the rest of the TQ staff is just like family and are the backbone of TQ’s stellar support.

Even though we’ve grown quite a bit, our original vision remains intact. We know our agents and love to meet up with them around the country at TQ Meetings, outside the country on FAMs or right in our office in Albertville, MN (come on in Friday for lunch!). We’re continually adding programs and resources to help our agents grow and streamline their business. Wre are always available by phone and don’t have (or want one) an automated phone system. We respond to emails within a couple hours and are legitimately excited about getting agents up and running!

We’d love to chat about what you’re looking for in a host and see if we can answer all your questions. Give us a call or send us an email to see if we’re a good fit for you!
